3.1 Product Availability
While we strive to maintain accurate information about our products, we cannot guarantee product availability. In case a product is out of stock, we may offer alternative options, refunds, or delays. We reserve the right to modify product availability at our discretion.
3.2 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions, images, and prices listed on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are free from errors. If a product is incorrectly described or priced, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust the price accordingly.
3.3 Custom and Personalized Products
For custom products (e.g., Print on Demand items), you are responsible for ensuring that the design you submit is appropriate and complies with the guidelines outlined on the website. We do not accept responsibility for errors in the design you submit.
4. Order Process
4.1 Placing Orders
To place an order, simply select the desired products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide shipping and payment details to complete the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
4.2 Order Confirmation and Payment
Once your order is confirmed, you will be charged for the items in your cart, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment will be processed via a secure payment gateway. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and online payment methods.
4.3 Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellations will not be possible.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. You will be notified of the shipping charges before finalizing the payment.
5.2 Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the product type and your location. For Print on Demand (POD) and Dropshipping products, please allow additional time for production and shipping. RTS products are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but they are not guaranteed.
5.3 International Shipping
Currently, we offer shipping within India only. International shipping may be available in the future, so please check our website for updates.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
6.1 Returns
We accept returns on most products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact. Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
6.2 Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6.3 Exchanges

7. Affiliate Program
7.1 Affiliate Participation
By participating in the CELE STYLZ affiliate program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in our Affiliate Program Agreement. Affiliates are provided with a unique tracking link to refer customers and earn commissions on sales.
7.2 Commission Payments
Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis for valid sales made through affiliate links. The minimum payout threshold must be met before a commission is issued. Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes.

- Violating any laws or regulations.
- Posting or transmitting harmful content such as viruses, malware, or unsolicited messages.
