CELE STYLZ Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the CELE STYLZ Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). By signing up for and participating in the program, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Eligibility for Participation
To participate in the CELE STYLZ Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
- Have a valid email address.
- Maintain a website, blog, or social media profile through which you will promote CELE STYLZ products.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region.
CELE STYLZ reserves the right to reject or terminate any affiliate account if it does not meet the eligibility criteria or if any violation of these terms occurs.
2. Affiliate Registration and Account Creation
To become an affiliate, you must complete the online registration form. After your registration is approved, you will receive access to an affiliate dashboard, where you can access affiliate links, banners, and other promotional materials.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and are solely responsible for all activities under your account. CELE STYLZ is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Affiliate Links and Promotions
- Affiliate Links: You will receive unique tracking links that allow us to track your referrals and sales. These links must be used in all promotional activities.
- Promotional Materials: We will provide you with banners, images, and other resources to promote CELE STYLZ products. You may use these materials or create your own, provided they align with the brand’s image and follow the guidelines set forth by CELE STYLZ.
- Use of Trademark: You are allowed to use the CELE STYLZ name, logo, and trademark in your promotions only in the manner approved by CELE STYLZ. Any misuse of the trademark or logo will result in termination from the affiliate program.
4. Commission Structure
- Commission Rates: Affiliates earn a percentage commission on sales made through their referral links. The exact commission rate will be specified upon your acceptance into the program. The rates may vary based on product type or promotional campaign.
- Referral Tracking: Sales are tracked through the affiliate links, and commissions are earned when customers complete a purchase through those links. It is your responsibility to ensure your audience uses the links correctly.
- Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, provided you meet the minimum payout threshold. Payments will be made to your designated payment method (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer) within 15 business days after the end of each month.
- Refunds and Chargebacks: Commissions will not be paid on refunded or charged-back orders. If a customer returns a product, the affiliate commission will be reversed.
5. Obligations and Restrictions
As an affiliate, you agree to the following obligations:
- Promote in a Honest Manner: You must honestly promote CELE STYLZ products and services. Misleading claims, deceptive tactics, or the use of false advertising are strictly prohibited.
- No Spam: You may not use spam or unsolicited email marketing techniques to promote CELE STYLZ products. Any affiliate found spamming or using unethical marketing tactics will be removed from the program.
- No PPC Advertising on CELE STYLZ: Affiliates are prohibited from using CELE STYLZ’s brand name or trademarks in paid advertising (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) or any other forms of paid search engine marketing.
- Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection laws, and ensure that your promotional activities do not infringe on the rights of others.
6. Termination of Affiliate Relationship
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. CELE STYLZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account if:
- You violate any terms of this Agreement.
- You engage in unethical or illegal activities.
- CELE STYLZ deems it necessary for any other reason.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of CELE STYLZ materials, affiliate links, and branding. You will only be paid for valid sales made prior to the termination of the agreement.
7. Affiliate Earnings and Taxes
- Earnings: You are responsible for paying any taxes applicable to the commissions you receive as part of the Affiliate Program. CELE STYLZ will not withhold any taxes from affiliate payments.
- Tax Forms: If required by your jurisdiction, you must submit any tax forms requested by CELE STYLZ.
8. Limitation of Liability
CELE STYLZ will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by participation in the Affiliate Program. This includes, but is not limited to, any failure to earn commissions or profits, errors in tracking or reporting, or interruption of the affiliate platform.
9. Changes to the Affiliate Program
CELE STYLZ reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time. We will notify affiliates of any significant changes via email or on the affiliate dashboard.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information related to the affiliate program confidential. This includes any data regarding sales, commissions, customer details, and marketing strategies.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The decision made by the arbitrator will be final and binding.
12. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of India, and any legal action related to this agreement shall be filed in the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
