We offer a variety of products through three main categories:
Print on Demand (POD): Customizable items such as t-shirts, mugs, and posters, which are printed and made to order.
Dropshipping Products: Items that are shipped directly from our suppliers to you, without us handling inventory.
Ready-to-Serve (RTS): Products that are in stock and ready for immediate shipping.
To place an order with CELE STYLZ:
Browse our website and select the products you want to purchase.
Customize your POD products (if applicable).
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter your shipping details and payment information.
Confirm your order, and we will process it accordingly.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
POD (Print on Demand): Products are made to order and customized with your choice of design or artwork. Each item is printed after the order is placed.
Dropshipping: We source products from a third-party supplier who ships directly to you. You won’t see the products physically in our warehouse.
RTS (Ready-to-Serve): Products are already in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. No customization or waiting time required.
Yes! For Print on Demand (POD) items, you can customize products such as t-shirts, mugs, phone cases, and more. You can upload your designs or choose from our pre-made templates.
When browsing our website, you will see a clear indication of whether the product is Print on Demand (POD), Dropshipping, or Ready-to-Serve (RTS). Each category has its own product page, so you can easily identify the type of item you are purchasing.
POD Products: Since these are made to order, it may take 7-10 business days for production and another 3-7 business days for shipping.
Dropshipping Products: These items typically take 10-15 business days for delivery, depending on the supplier and your location.
RTS Products: These are usually shipped within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
For POD Products: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order is sent into production, and cancellation is no longer possible.
For Dropshipping Products: You can cancel the order within 12 hours. After the order is dispatched from the supplier, cancellations are not allowed.
For RTS Products: You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
POD and Dropshipping Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
RTS Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our courier’s website.
Yes, the following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged:
Customized or Personalized Products (e.g., custom prints)
Beauty and Hygiene Products
Clearance or Final Sale Items
Gift Cards/Vouchers
If your product is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide a photo of the defect, and we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, at no additional cost.
Refunds for POD and Dropshipping products will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
For RTS Products, refunds are issued in the same manner once we verify the return.

Yes, we offer exchanges for POD, Dropshipping, and RTS products. Exchanges are available for size issues, color changes, or defective products. Please contact us within 7 days (for POD/Dropshipping) or 14 days (for RTS) to initiate the exchange process.
Currently, we offer shipping within India. We are working towards expanding our services to international customers, so please stay tuned for future updates.
