Returns and Refunds Policy – CELE STYLZ (POD, Dropshipping, and Ready-to-Serve Products)

At CELE STYLZ, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Whether you’re purchasing Print on Demand (POD) items, Dropshipping products, or Ready-to-Serve (RTS) products, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your order. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds, reflecting our commitment to offering high-quality products and excellent customer service.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Our returns process applies differently depending on the type of product purchased:

POD and Dropshipping Products:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Non-returnable products include innerwear, beauty products, and items marked as final sale or clearance.

Ready-to-Serve (RTS) Products:

  • RTS items are typically in-stock and ready to ship. They follow more standard return procedures.
  • Returns are allowed within 14 days of receipt for unused, unwashed, and unopened products.
  • RTS products must be returned in the original packaging, and returns are subject to product condition checks.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For POD, Dropshipping, and Ready-to-Serve (RTS) products, the following items are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defects:

  • Personalized or Customized Products: Products that are made to order, such as custom prints on t-shirts, mugs, or other personalized items.
  • Beauty and Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene reasons, products like cosmetics and skincare items cannot be returned.
  • Clearance and Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance sales, promotional offers, or as final sale are non-returnable.
  • Gift Cards/Vouchers: These cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Return Process

The return process may vary depending on whether you’ve purchased a POD, Dropshipping, or RTS product. Please follow these steps:

For POD and Dropshipping Products:

  1. Initiate Return Request:
    Email helpdesk@celestylz.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your Order ID, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return (e.g., wrong size, defect).
  2. Return Authorization:
    We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions. Depending on the product and location, we may offer a pickup or require you to ship the item back.
  3. Shipping for Returns:
    For defective or incorrect items, CELE STYLZ will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

For Ready-to-Serve Products:

  1. Initiate Return Request:
    Email helpdesk@celestylz.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. Return Authorization:
    If your RTS product meets our return conditions, we will provide return instructions. Customers are required to cover the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed differently for POD, Dropshipping, and RTS products:

For POD and Dropshipping Products:

  • Refund Timeframe: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Exclusions: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

For Ready-to-Serve Products:

  • Refund Timeframe: Upon receipt and inspection of the RTS product, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds for RTS products will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges will be refunded only if the RTS product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for POD, Dropshipping, and RTS products under specific conditions:

For POD and Dropshipping Products:

  • Size Exchanges: You may request an exchange for a different size or color of the same product. Exchanged products must be unused and in original condition.
  • Defective Product: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Exchange Process: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Once your return is processed, we will ship the replacement.

For Ready-to-Serve Products:

  • Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange Process: Request exchanges by emailing helpdesk@celestylz.com within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the exchange or provide a refund if the product is unavailable.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately:

  • POD and Dropshipping Products:
    Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide a photo of the product showing the defect or error. If verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
  • Ready-to-Serve Products:
    Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your RTS product. If the item is defective or not as described, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

For POD and Dropshipping Products:

  • Within 12 hours: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before the production or shipping process begins.
  • After Processing: Once the order is in production or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

For Ready-to-Serve Products:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled before the RTS product is shipped.
  • After Shipment: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7–10 business days, please:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider, as there may be a processing delay.
  • Contact us at helpdesk@celestylz.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
